Accutherm Refrigeration is a technology-driven commercial refrigeration company focused on the unique industry of Supermarket/Grocery Refrigeration. Approximately 90% of our employees are in the field working at customer sites as part of our Service or Construction departments. The remainder of our employees make up our in-house administrative team, which complements our field employees through support services and management. Accutherm is currently seeking individuals to grow our Arizona Construction Department.
Requirements:
- Must have a 2-year college/trade school certification or near completion.
- EPA Universal certification
- Basic understanding of electrical/electronic controls
- Ability to work flexible hours, day and night shifts, out of town, etc.
- Mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
- Motivated, reliable self-starter with ability to work independently or on a team
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders, scissor lifts, and on rooftops
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on a jobsite with a team of installers under the supervision of a foreman
- Ground up construction sites or equipment upgrades/remodels
- Pipefitting, brazing, and insulation of refrigerant lines
